Hayk Sarkissian
Founder and Executive Chairman
Hayk founded Revery in 2015 and serves as the Executive Chairman, developing and implementing the vision, investments, strategy, partnerships and people of the group. Hayk is also the Chairman of Inalca Eurasia, a Eurasian market leader in foodservice distribution. He is also the founding manager of Revery Capital, a global venture capital and global public markets investment company.
Hayk is an English Law qualified corporate solicitor having begun his career in Allen & Overy LLP in the UK and Hong Kong. Hayk holds a BA from London School of Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ray Hazley
Non-Executive President
Ray has 25 years of experience working for PepsiCo and Pepsi Bottling Group and 6 years working for Mars Confectionery. During his career Ray held multiple roles in various geographies across multi-categories of Snacks, Beverages and Food as well as executing turnarounds for Germany, Turkey, Spain, Greece, Balkans, Italy and the Far East.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in business from Trinity College Dublin.
Maurizio Patarnello
Strategic Advisor
Maurizio has over 27 years of experience at the largest F&B group in the world, Nestlé. He has served as a Market Head across multiple geographies, and since 2012 was a Market Head for Russia and Eurasia. Since 2017 he has served as a Deputy Executive Vice President for Nestlé S.A., Head of Nestlé Waters, and as a member of the Nestlé Executive Board.
Maurizio holds a Business Degree from Bologna University (Italy) and an MBA from Stoà (Italy).
Aram Petrossian
Chief Financial Officer
Aram has over 20 years of experience in private equity, finance, investment and management consulting. Having spent 6 years as a consultant in Ernst and Young and AT Kearney, Aram occupied top level financing positions after serving as CFO of Rixos Hotels chain and CFO/CIO of private equity real estate investment fund with $1.2 billion assets under management.
Aram is a graduate of Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO) and holds a Master degree in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School. Aram was also certified as a Certified Public Accountant in 2002 by State of Maine Accountancy Board.
Alma Donohoe
Chief Investment Officer
Alma began her career in 2005 in investment banking at UBS advising on M&A deals in the Consumer & Retail sector. After two years in investment banking Alma spent nearly 10 years investing at two multi-strategy hedge funds, Davidson Kempner and Marathon Asset Management. In 2018 Alma became a Partner of an investment fund called Ahren Innovation Capital, which focused on investing in early stage deep tech opportunities.
Alma holds a degree in Economics from Cambridge University. She received a distinction (top 15%) at Harvard Business School. Alma is also a member of the HBS Alumni Angels of London Committee, where she screens new start up ideas.
Tigran Suvaryan
Investment Manager
Tigran has over 9 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, working for the leading Russian Investment Bank Troika Dialog. Over the course of his career, Tigran has participated in Russian and international private investment and M&A deals with a total value of over $600 million.
Tigran has graduated from National Research University, Higher School of Economics and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees (under CFA program partnership).
Yulia Prapor
Finance Controller
Yulia has over 15 years of experience in audit consulting, reporting and finance functions. Worked for 9 years in Deloitte and later moved to F&B industry as a finance manager at PepsiCo Russia and later as a reporting manager at Danone.
Yulia is a graduate of Moscow Institute of Steels and Alloys (NITU MISIS) and has a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification.
Liliya Galimova
Investment Associate
Liliya has over 5 years of experience in management consulting, working for the leading management consulting firm BCG. Over the course of her career, Liliya took part in developing IPO and M&A strategies for CIS companies.
Liliya is a graduate of Lomonosov Moscow State University and holds bachelor’s degree in Physics.
